‘Glasman has become a crucial “enabler” who legitimises extremism by wrapping it in sophisticated theoretical frameworks and academic respectability.’

Running interference within Academia by those with money has largely become normalised in both the UK and the US. I first noticed it after a return to higher education in 1996. As someone who had worked outside of the Academic world and witnessed how the power dynamics of London’s Westminster-Fleet Street-BBC mass population control mechanisms were structured and paid for and who actually benefitted, I could see this interference right away. I never have figured out how to effectively communicate this to the high placed academics being manipulated. Too much intellectual vanity combined with a shocking naïvety regarding how neoliberal capitalists actually function blinds them to the harsh facts. No one likes to believe they have been used.

Can you expose Peter Cook please? He's allegedly against brexit yet gives fawning praise to Starmer for things he's yet to do and blames everything on Morgan McSweeney.

People like him are particularly dangerous
